WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
Our turn around time depends on the items being ordered. For pre-order items, expect a turn around time of 8-12 weeks once the pre-order is closed. We do our best to ship pre-order items within 6-8 weeks; however, due to occasional delays beyond our control, we allow up to 12 weeks.
If retail items are ordered with pre-order items, your entire order will not be shipped until the pre-order items are received and processed.
Retail orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping occurs on Tuesday and Thursday each week, plus additional days as we are able to process orders.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Depending on the weight of your order, First Class and Priority options will be listed during checkout. First Class packages are usually delivered within 5-7 business days. Priority package are usually delivered within 2-3 business days. International orders can take up to 15 business days to arrive. These times are transit times and do not include order processing time.
Tracking information will be available on your order details online, and you will also receive an email with your tracking number.
WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If your order has been shipped and the tracking information has not been updated within 15 business days, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your package shows it has been delivered, but it has not been received, please file a claim with USPS. Priority packages do contain $50.00 of insurance coverage.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Returns are only accepted for damaged, flawed, or incorrect merchandise received must be requested within 7 days of your package being received. Partial refunds may be offered, depending on the issue; however, refunds in full are available in these instances, after the merchandise has been returned. You will be emailed a prepaid return label.
We will only accept unwashed fabric as a return, unless you were advised by us to wash the fabric prior to being offered a return.

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you would like to cancel an order after it is placed, please email us with your order number. If it is a retail order, it will be cancelled as long as your label has not been printed. If it is a pre-order that has closed, we will refund less a 10% cancellation fee.
Once an order is placed, no changes can be made. For pre-orders, if you would like to add additional items, please place a second order. Any shipping overages will be refunded once your orders are combined for shipping. For retail orders that have not yet shipped, please place a second order and include a note at checkout that you would like your orders combined. Without this note, we cannot guarantee retail orders will be combined.
HOW CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you have moved since placing your pre-order and need to update your shipping address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our address update process varies, depending on the payment method used for your purchase.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED A FLAW IN THE FABRIC?
Due to the nature of custom printed fabric, there may be minor flaws present. Flaws within five inches of the selvage edge, on the back side of the fabric, or those smaller than a dime, are considered acceptable and will not be disclosed prior to shipment. We are not responsible for insignificant flaws, dye transfer or bleeding during washing, damage during shipment, or fabric shipped to an incorrect address. Fabric will only be shipped to the address in selected during checkout.
Please note that we allow a 5-15% color variation for all our fabrics. We do our best to capture strike off colors via photos both indoors and out; however, do not rely on these photos as an exact representation of the colors. In addition, different fabric bases take dye differently; therefore, colors may vary between bases, especially if one is cotton based and another is polyester based. Please also keep in mind that fading can occur on custom printed fabrics. Fading can be more prominent on darker prints, since the dye saturation during printing is higher to obtain the darker colors.
DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?
Our layaway option for PRE-ORDERS ONLY requires a non-refundable deposit of 30% of your order total, plus shipping and any applicable tax, which is due within 72 hours of the invoice being sent. The remaining balance can be paid in installments, with the full balance due two, four, or six weeks after the round is closed, depending on your order total. Orders under $200.00 will be due within 2 weeks of close, orders $201.00-$500.00 will be due within 4 weeks of close, and orders $501.00+ will be due within 6 weeks of close. Invoices will be sent via PayPal to the email address on your order.
