FLAWS DISCLOSURE
Due to the nature of custom printed fabric, there may be minor flaws present. Flaws within five inches of the selvage edge, or those smaller than a dime, are considered acceptable and will not be disclosed prior to shipment. We are not responsible for insignificant flaws, and dye transfer or bleeding during washing, damage during shipment, or fabric shipped to an incorrect address. Fabric will only be shipped to the address in selected during checkout.

REFUND POLICY
Returns are only accepted for damaged, flawed, or incorrect merchandise received, in the event that damage and/or flaws are not disclosed prior to shipment. Partial refunds may be offered, depending on the issue; however, refunds in full are available in these instances, after the merchandise has been returned.

Moon Beam Textile Company is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise once it has been shipped. If a package is lost in transit, a claim will need to be filed with the carrier.

LAYAWAY POLICY
When placing a layaway order for an open pre-order, you will use the coupon code "LAYAWAY" on your initial order. This will take 50% off of your order subtotal. Shipping will be added to this first payment. Your second payment will be invoiced via Shopify two weeks after the pre-order closes. You may email us to request an early invoice.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you would like to cancel an order after it is placed, please email us with your order number. If it is a retail order, it will be cancelled as long as your label has not been printed. If it is a pre-order, we will refund less a 10% cancellation fee.

COMBINED SHIPPING POLICY
If you order both retail and pre-order items on the same order, NO ITEMS will be shipped until the pre-order is received and orders are packed.

If you place multiple orders to add items and would like them combined, we must be notified. If we are not notified, your orders may ship separately. You will be refunded any shipping overages, if we are able to combine your order. Please email with your order numbers, if you would like them combined.

PRE-ORDER CHANGE OF ADDRESS POLICY
If you placed a pre-order and need to update your shipping address, please submit our Address Change Request form. Please note that your original order will be refunded, and a new invoice will be emailed to the email address you provide. Please allow 72 business hours for processing and make payment on the new invoice within 72 hours of receipt.
